DigitalRez has developed and marketed back-end reservation property management and ticketing software systems internationally to the travel and accommodation industries since 1992. Serving properties and organizations worldwide.
RezExpert was designed for SaaS in 2009 and was the 1st reservation system hosted on the Amazon cloud (AWS) servicing large accommodation groups in North America. These groups required membership management for millions of members, centralized online bookings, reservation property management, call center functionality and seamless web integration with a multitude of diverse properties, locations and services. Additional modules are continually being developed to expand RezExpert's feature set, which now includes comprehensive community based digital points payment implementation and management.
The next major update to the platform will be the introduction of Blockchain technology for precise auditability of every transaction and change within the system.
